As Digital Product Owner you will
For ZEISS internal digital projects
- Conduct user research and develop customer journey map to understand the customer pain points
- Design the target customer journey map with potential opportunities and concepts to address customer needs

Collect, prioritize and describe requirements
- Orchestrates a cross-disciplinary team and interact directly and closely with other POs of each project who ensure the agile delivery of the projects according to ZEISS standards and requirements
- Design the target business processes to ensure consistency and coherence of the customer experience – utilizing input from Customer Journey Owners
- Work closely together with other POs to steer the development project, reprioritize where required and conduct recurring roadmap planning and frequent feedback as needed
- Continuously communicate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the product fulfills its purpose
- Organize and drive measures (e.g., training, etc.) to make sure the digital product is being used and delivers to promise
- Play an active role in risk, issue, and escalation management of programs, projects, and product developments to top management/DTO
Education / 教育背景
- Master’s degree in engineering (Machine Science and Computer Sciences are preferred), business administration or equivalent. Excellence in acamedy is a plus.
Experience /经验
- 0-3 years’ working experience as Product Owner or Scaling Manager for digital products
- Relevant industry experience in the China market
- Working in and guiding agile teams

- Experience with database, cloud solution, C# development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to grasp complex concept and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to manage interpersonal relationships, and excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and eager to learn
- Fluent in Chinese and English
