Account and Admin Assistant [Malaysia]


 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day accounting functions
  • Handle monthly closing of full set accounts

  • Manage and provide an accurate monthly banks reconciliation, maintaining journal, General Ledger and other reporting
  • Assist superior to submit reporting to Headquarter prepare a monthly statement of accounts to customers and assist in account reconciliation with customer and supplier
  • Responsibility for necessary funding procedures and/or all matters related to cash management, processing staff reimbursement and any payment
  • General office administration works
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous, independence, strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadline
  • Due to the frequent use of Chinese-based systems, English and Chinese are mandatory
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred and added point as role requires candidate to deal with Headquarter at Shanghai, China.
