Procurement and Document Admin (Elec) [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Duties

  • Source and procure electronic components for our products, liase with our engineering and supply chain teams to ensure that components are sourced with competitive price and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with electronic component suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor electronic component inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure that components are available for production when needed. To keep the records updated.
  • Ensure that all electronic components meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, and work with the quality team to conduct necessary testing and inspections.
  • Create and maintain product development flow and documents to fulfill ISO9001 standards, ensuring that all relevant procedures are documented, followed, and regularly reviewed for compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronic engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 standards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in electronic component procurement, component specifications and regulatory requirements with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
