DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a point of contact for tenants in Sentral Senayan Office Towers and provide excellent service according to international building management standards.
- Support Tenant Service team in ensuring that all building facilities are in excellent condition and all defects are followed up.
- Supervise, inspect, control, and coordinate all building services and facilities to ensure it is all well-maintained.
- Support in administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably majoring in Hospitality, Civil Engineering or IT.
- Experienced in building management or similar position.
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
- Service oriented, confident, effective communication & negotiation skill, problem solver, high attention to detail.
- Knowledge about facility management and facility audit would be an advantage.
- Japanese/Korean language ability is a plus.
