To maintain stock integrity within the warehouse and reconcile all stock differences so as to maintain loss to the Company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure a high level of communication is maintained with both internal and external customers.
- Be actively involved in and support change initiatives.

- Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised.
- To rely on systems and physical view of the product to ensure that stock /pallets within the warehouse is data driven.
- To ensure that the inventory controller follow all the procedures of minimizing at stock lose and locating stock in the warehouse.
- When conducting duties, follow standard operating procedures and safe working practices.
- Perform administration tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Be accountable for each and every movement of the products pallets to minimize loose or damage of the products.
- Utilize warehouse management systems effectively to support the above tasks.
- Investigate and rectify any issues created by replenishment synchronization.
- Perform regular audits of key processes including Receiving, Put Away, Pick & Dispatch according to agreed schedules and report.
- Ensure all equipment used during the course of daily duties is handled correctly and to report any defects to the Section Manager
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, and processing.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Manage and control of stock count process.
- Run reports and present to various stake holders.
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Qualification in Supply Chain and or Logistics would be advantageous
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced SAP knowledge
- English – Verbal & Written
- Warehouse experience, Product knowledge
- Customer Service
